I hate to say it but the old lady at the front desk is horribly rude & looks & acts like she should go ahead & do us all a favor and retire. I’ve never in my life seen anything quite like her. Besides her, Everyone that worked there was kind & professional. It was my first time taking a pet there but not sure if I’ll go back cause that old lady was the worst & at her age, I’m almost positive I’m not the only person who she’s treated like a POS & I bet I’m not the first to complain about her either. I was scared to leave my pet there. Thats how dang mean that woman is. The rest of the staff & the vet are good. So good that I’m giving 4 stars. Their 1 problem is the 1st person you see when you get there.
Mr. Jackson worked around our schedule. Because the part took longer than expected to arrive, he offered to bring our lawn mower to our home after it was repaired. Since picking up our mower, it is working properly. He is nice to talk with.
