From Mrs. Dawn in the front (SUPER SWEET), Dr. Patrolia, and even to the vet tech who got my husband to call and ask me about Nexguard! We will be back! I was highly satisfied. The online scheduling is a plus & the Saturday hours! We were going to choose between this veterinary office and another closer to us, but Mrs. Dawn and my first impression of this office sealed the deal!
