When my fur baby had problems riding in the car, Dr. Randall Patrolia prescribed medication so I could transport her to the clinic for her annual visit. He knew exactly what Blondee needed. She can travel now without a bad experience for her or me. The vets @ Petal Animal Clinic are the best!

The receptionist was incredibly nice and I was able to make my appointment for the next day. They offer doggy day care, purebred adoption facility, and a full service vet clinic/er. I made a mistake when picking this clinic and that is my fault but I did feel there was a lack of bedside manner during my exam especially for the amount of money that was spent on this particular day. I wanted to take my prescriptions to be filled elsewhere but I was told that wasn’t an option although Walgreens and Walmart both fill pet prescriptions. I lost my elderly dog a few weeks ago. Dr. Thames was so comforting and kind throughout this very tough process. The staff were so sweet and helpful. They even sent me a condolence card. I was very touched. I definitely recommend this clinic.
