Dr Mayfield has seriously been only vet doctor that could figure out the cause of my German Shepard dogs head shaking issues. However the cost of 1200 to 1800 per year if hard to handle. However Ranger being a service dog the cost has to be absorbed and paid.
I am thankful of dr mayfield and his knowledge of how u try I care for my Ranger.
Ranger seems to be very happy over the last year and lot less bothered with his health issues.
Other than the cost of the visits I can’t say anything negative about animal medical center and certainly not dr mayfield.
If your pet is sick I am sure dr mayfield can help but be ready for the bill at the end.
This animal hospital was fantastic from beginning to end. From the front desk person to the doctors and techs. They are very caring and concerned with your pets and give very detailed updates on your pets while they are there. Couldn’t have asked for a more caring staff.
Top notch staff and care. My frenchie ruptured 3 discs and basically couldn't walk. They got her a same day CT and emergency spine surgery, and she was back on her feet in no time. I panicked every step of the way, but the staff was great with calls, visits, and reassurance. Prices seem in ball park with other area vets. CT and surgery was expensive, but it was a major surgery 🤷♀️. Payment is due at time of service but scratchpay and care credit are easy to apply for. I absolutely recommend them, especially the surgery team. Kayla the Physical Therapist is also amazing. You can tell she loves what she does and goes the extra mile. She's a total gem.
