“Dr May and his staff are as good as it gets. Very professional and great people. I called midday on a Friday with an emergency with our elderly dog, and they did not hesitate to get me in even with a full schedule. Unfortunately we lost her, but the compassion and caring during that difficult time was above and beyond. It’s good to know there are still compassionate people out there that go above and beyond during difficult times“

“I was faithful client and then HEATHER happen she was decent in the beginning but then I guess something happen and she was rude, became a liar because I didn’t cuss her out I maybe said hell and she hung up in my face after telling me things that I wasn’t clear about instead of handling the situation like a professional something she is not good at she handle it wrong. Now Andrea IS AWESOME and I’m go miss her fabulous self. But I see other reviews and Heather is a problem so why the staff or owner can’t see that but I’ll take my business elsewhere since my service was ended due to whatever lie Heather told.“
“Please don’t take your pets to this vet !!I took my puppy to this vet for checkup and shots several months ago. Within a matter of days my puppy developed parvo. We have dogs, the neighbors all around us have dogs. None of us neighbors have ever had parvo. The only place this puppy has been is the vet. SULLIVAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL NEEDS TO CLEAN THEIR EXAM ROOMS AFTER EACH ANIMAL VISIT. There was animal hair all over the floor and room.“

“I started using Canton Road Veterinary Hospital out of convenience because I live nearby ... but stayed because of the wonderful care my dogs receive. Drs Dana Ford and Melissa Cefalu are fantastic as are the rest of the staff.I appreciate that they really listen when I discuss my dogs' health concerns and then offer multiple treatment options when appropriate. They take the time to explain the pros, cons, and costs of each option.Also, I find their pricing very reasonable compared to some other vets in the area.“

“I am a diehard cat person, so following Dr. Rumbavage’s retirement from All About Cats, I was seeking to work with a vet who I felt innately good with, to whom I could ask all the questions, and from whom my cat(s) receive thoughtful care. Two years on, I feel confident in Lakeland Animal Clinic! I find Dr. Emery to be attentive, knowledgeable, proactive, and gentle, and her staff to be warm and welcoming. I feel that pricing is fair, and—ultimately—that my cats are in really good hands.Recently, one of my beloved cats developed an aggressive form of oral cancer, for which there is really no good outcome. I was wrecked, but my cat received heartfelt care from Dr. Emery, and her staff, throughout the process up to his passing (thank you, LAC).Highly recommended!“

“Awesome clinic with years of experience. Dr Williams helped us with our pets seizures when other clinics were either too inexperienced or refused to to fix him because of seizures. Our dog has stopped having seizures now with help from Williams Animal Clinic and we are scheduling his surgery this moth. Dr Williams has many years experience and tells us to call no matter how insignificant we might think it is. We trust Williams with all our pets now.Thank you Williams Animal Clinic“

“I am so grateful for this hospital!! I took my miniature schnauzer to a different clinic and almost lost my dog! We currently live in Texas but are in the process of moving to Jackson. We decided to take Ziggy, my schnauzer, to Briarwood and it was the best thing we could have done! Ziggy needed to be neutered and needed several teeth removed. I spoke with Dr. Jones and explained to her all of my concerns from past experiences, she advised that she believed she could take care of Ziggy but there was a chance we could lose him due to him being an older dog (10 yrs old) but we had to take that chance because he was in pain and his testicle had become swollen. Dr. Jones was able to get Ziggy squared away and he is now the happy loving dog that we have always known. We have to go back to get some more teeth removed but we will wait until he is healed in a few more months. The staff have been so great, helpful and accommodating, with us in the process of transitioning. I have absolutely no complaints because she gave us our loved one back and for that we are forever grateful!!!“
