I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and especially Dr. Ricchetti. From the very first visit, it was clear that she is not only incredibly kind, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough.
When I first brought my dog Cleo in, Dr. Ricchetti immediately noticed a drainage tract from a prior TPLO surgery (done by another vet). While others had told me to just “watch it,” she recognized right away that it could indicate a deeper bacterial infection and referred us to Mississippi State. My dog, Cricket, and I had a great first visit with Dr. May and his team yesterday. Everyone was super friendly and they were quick to get us in and out. I appreciated that Dr. May took time to listen and to answer all of my questions. Price was reasonable too.
Took our found feral kitties in for their first vet visit. The exam went well, they got weighed, got wormed, and got their genders confirmed. The staff made us feel relaxed and confident that we were doing things right!
