Dr May and his staff are as good as it gets. Very professional and great people. I called midday on a Friday with an emergency with our elderly dog, and they did not hesitate to get me in even with a full schedule. Unfortunately we lost her, but the compassion and caring during that difficult time was above and beyond. It’s good to know there are still compassionate people out there that go above and beyond during difficult times

Dr. Ricchetti is a very good vet and cares about all the animals she treats. We have been to several vets around the jackson area, and she is the best we have found to take care of our cat Boogie, who has CKD. She has helped us keep him comfortable and with us from his initial diagnosis. Very good care, and also does not try to charge unnecessarily. Highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been taking my 3 kitty babies to Dr.May at Animal Medical Hospital for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and caring. My kiddos go with me to appointments and Dr.May is very sweet to them too! They brought their stuffed puppy and he “gave him an exam”?
