“All behind the counter greeted me well and answered my questions promptly and we're sure to answer appropriately by asking the vet techs in back. They took care of the fecal sample I brought within 5 minutes. I waited only 10-15 minutes and they had extra air, a fan near the door for customers where hot air came in from the busy door. They kind and considerate, and pricing was not bad in my opinion. They had plenty of space for customers and pets to allow space if any needed. They have Supplements and Special Foods there as well.”
