All behind the counter greeted me well and answered my questions promptly and we're sure to answer appropriately by asking the vet techs in back. They took care of the fecal sample I brought within 5 minutes. I waited only 10-15 minutes and they had extra air, a fan near the door for customers where hot air came in from the busy door. They kind and considerate, and pricing was not bad in my opinion. They had plenty of space for customers and pets to allow space if any needed. They have Supplements and Special Foods there as well.
Dr.McNair is the absolute best! My wife and I fully trust her with all of our fur babies. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. There isn’t a question we have asked that hasn’t been followed with a detailed (& easy to understand) explanation.
So happy we discovered Hometown Vet!! The staff are amazing and they really care about their fur babies! My daughter’s cat had to have a leg amputation and they were incredible throughout the process, very sweet and caring! Would highly encourage you to trust them with your pets care!
