“Back in the summer of 2020, our outside A/C unit failed during one of the hottest times of the year. I was out of town for work, leaving my wife and kids at home in a house with no air conditioning. He came out quickly, replaced the entire outdoor unit with a brand-new system, and got everything back up and running. Knowing my family was taken care of while I was away meant a lot. Fast forward to 2026, and our indoor unit started giving us trouble. He came out the very same day, thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and found that the evaporator unit had developed a condensation issue that had shorted out the control boards. Unfortunately, the damage wasn’t repairable because the failed components could not be replaced. He was able to locate a new indoor unit that same day and had it professionally installed the very next day, getting our system back up and running with minimal downtime. It’s hard to find someone who is this responsive, honest, and dependable. He explains everything clearly, charges fair prices, and stands behind his work. If you want someone who will treat you right and take care of your family like his own, he’s the one to call. July 28, 2026 I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I had been having ongoing issues with my mini-split losing refrigerant. They had come out previously and topped it off a couple of times, but instead of just continuing to recharge the system, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem. It was clear they wanted to fix the root cause instead of applying a temporary Band-Aid. They performed a thorough leak search, checking the entire system and spraying all of the fittings until they found the exact source of the leak. It turned out to be a fitting hidden behind the wall. They explained everything they found, then carefully cut the sheetrock only where necessary to gain access. They made the opening clean and precise so it would be easy to repair afterward, showing they cared about my home just as much as fixing the HVAC system. Once they had access, they repaired the leaking fitting, pressure-tested the repair, verified there were no additional leaks, and got the system back up and running. The entire process was quick, efficient, and extremely professional from start to finish. What impressed me the most was their honesty and commitment to solving the actual problem instead of taking shortcuts. Their communication was excellent, their workmanship was top-notch, and they treated my home with respect throughout the job. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that stands behind their work and truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend them.
