And the young man was very knowledgeable about his work very pleased. Excellent service. They were at my house within 20 minutes and did everything that needed to be done to get my air-conditioning running. I love the customer service! Mr. Holeslton know exactly what he was talking about when it came to my upstairs bathroom. I like the fact that he told me what can happen and what to be prepared for with the cost. Well he prevented me from spending extra and not cutting a hole in the wall. The cost of the job was reasonable and done in a timely manner. I will recommend their services. We have used Renfrow for several jobs and are always pleased with their work. They are courteous, on time, and even reimbursed us once when we were accidentally overcharged. I highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C or plumbing services. Our AC quit in the middle of summer and Renfrow Heating and Air had a couple technicians at our house within 3 hours of our call.
