“G2 was great to work with! They were very professional, responsive to messages, got to me quick when it was very hot outside and everyone was calling, kept me informed of the process, and repaired an issue that two other companies did not find. One other company was out several times and did not fix the issue. Another large name company came out and tried to sell me 2 1/2 lbs of Freon which it didn’t need and told me I should buy a new unit without taking a cover off or even looking at the unit inside the house. It is only 4 years old. The large company tried to schedule a salesman to come to my house. The first option G2 tried was “to not spend unnecessary money”. 10/10 will use again if need.”
