Did not charge no where close to others that had done it before. Also found something out of Ace on the gas logs that had been that way since installed and then cleaned them. Made my mom feel safe.“

“Today is day 21 that our home has had no heat because these folks pay more attention to those who pay more. Not at all happy that we have had to depend on space heaters because these folks can't even come by to see what the problem is. We will be working on finding someone else. 1/8/26 Today is day 27 that we have had no heat. These folks still have not bothered to even come by to see what the problem is. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau tomorrow. we are senior citizens. I do not feel like this business is worth 2 cents. 1/10/26 Today has been 30 days that this company has not bothered to fix our heating problem. It's going to be in the 30's tonight and the 20's tomorrow night. Guess we will see if they care. I suggest this company get off their butts and do what they are supposed to do.“
