I live in California and my Elderly mother lives in Olive Branch. She called me Monday Afternoon saying her A/C wasn't working. What was I to do. I googled a few HVAC companies there. I got Hometown on the phone. Sarah expressed her remorse of not having anybody to send out right away, put said she would have them there the next morning early. As just as she said, Ross and Christian were there at 8am. After checking over the system, they spoke with me and I authorized the work.
