“Echols Electrical & Services installed a transfer switch at my home and did a clean, soft run. Ed was wonderful—he took the time to show us how to use our generator and answered every question thoroughly. He even came back a second time to make sure we had everything we needed. His knowledge and customer service went above and beyond and it helped us tremendously.”
