Kevin Jones (sales and installation) is very friendly and knowledgeable with regard to these whole home generators and stayed onsite to see the complete installation from start to finish! He and his crew kept all dates and times committed and answered all questions and concerns with simple terms. In fact, 2 days after the installation was completed, I had a power outage for about 4 hours with single digit temps due to snow and ice and the system came on automatically and worked flawlessly!
