Echols Electrical & Services installed a transfer switch at my home and did a clean, soft run. Ed was wonderful—he took the time to show us how to use our generator and answered every question thoroughly. He even came back a second time to make sure we had everything we needed. His knowledge and customer service went above and beyond and it helped us tremendously.
Outstanding!!!! I highly recommend. Ed came out and fixed the issue. Carefully explained what happened and why. If anyone needs electrical work done, Echols Electrical & Services should be your first call.
Amazing service! Called at 2:00pm because my neighbors tree shed a giant limb on the powerlines, snapped the pole and ripped the wires and meter off my house. They had a tech onsite at 4:15, power restored by 6:20! Super professional and understood the panic we were in. Highly recommend for electrical services! A++++
