I want to start by saying, I did not get my hair done here. But the customer service over the phone when I explained my situation was top notch. It sounded like she really cared about the person on the other line.
10/10 I went in with a vision that wasn’t even mentioned in advance and she executed it perfectly. As a tender headed girly I will say this there was no pain at all during the process and little to no tension on my scalp. Brick is truly amazing at what she does. She solidified her spot as my forever stylist. ❤️
She is very welcoming,people’s person,it was my first time visiting but it was like have been there before, I really love her vibes ,passionate and how professional was.i will always recommend anyone who wants to start a new journey of locks or retachment to go there you will never regret.
