My basement had flooded and Jimmy was at my house faster than the restoration crew! He had my situation solved in no time and came back by the next morning just to double check my problem to make sure everything was flowing like it should. I appreciate the excellent service he provides. He has taken care of me and my family for years. If i ever have an issue i know who to call. Highly recommend!

I would happily give this company more than 5 stars if it was possible. After being blown off multiple times by another local plumber who had done some work for us when we first moved here, we attempted to remove a jacuzzi tub ourselves to begin a bathroom remodel. The water to the house would just not shut off completely and a pipe kept leaking, so we called Dixie Plumbing, and they were at our house in less than 10 minutes flat. They could not have been friendlier, more professional, or knowledgeable, and they quickly repaired the problem. They earned new customers for life.Service: Pipe repair
