“I have had nothing but problems with this water line since it was installed in 2020. The plumber used SharkBite fittings on a 650-foot underground water line, and over the years I have experienced failures at four separate fittings. One of the leaks was repaired by the original plumber, but I have since had to hire another plumber multiple times to locate and repair additional failures. What should have been a reliable, long-term water line has instead become an ongoing source of frustration, inconvenience, and expense. I understand that repairs can occasionally be necessary, but repeated failures at multiple fittings point to poor installation choices for an underground water line. After dealing with four separate fitting failures and the cost of repeated repairs, I cannot recommend this plumber based on my experience.”
