I called them they were at our business within an hour . They checked our unit Freon , replaced a capacitor, cleaned the coils , and it was cooling within 1 hour (noticeable difference)! The temperature in our Salon went from 85 degrees to 78 in 2 hours in the hottest part of the day . The two young men were very courteous and professional. I will alway call Shawn to have RW Heat n Air to work on any HVAC needs.

Rw are great highly recommend they did a great jobs replacing my equipment and Dewayne and Zavian are very professional ? and broke everything down to me and didn't have no hidden fees and was honest and upfront with me on everything!!!!!!Services: HVAC system repair

Called them last Friday in need of a tune up for my air conditioning units. Customer service rep was very nice and promptly booked me for the following Monday at 8am. Monday received a text with my technicians picture and a tracking link to see where he was in transit to my house. When my technician arrived Zavian and his assistant were fantastic. Walked me through what they were doing and kept me updated each time. Finished in an hour and replaced a wire I had faulty on one of my units. R&W are fantastic, their pricing was very affordable as well. I will only use them going forward. I cannot recommend them enough.Service: A/C system repair
