They tarped my flooring, to not drag dirt from their shoes throughout my home. They installed additional plywood sheeting in my attic to prevent a mis-step of falling through the ceiling below them. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything for me to clean up. The entire unit needed to be replaced, the cost was affordable.
