I felt confident in their care almost immediately when Darla (our RVT) reviewed all of my dog’s medical history in detail, and in a way that made me believe that was not the first time she was looking at his file. My appointment did not feel rushed, and I do think the cost was fair for the services and expertise I received. I left feeling less overwhelmed dealing with my dog’s recent cancer diagnosis and was grateful Dr. Rippy sent an email with a summary of the visit/treatment options that was also VERY detailed. Although we ultimately decided to let nature run its course, the help we received to make that decision trickled all the way down to the techs who were taking my calls and answering my questions..again so thoroughly!
