“Talk about top notch customer service!! About a year ago we had to patch a small area on our roof that was damaged during a storm, fast forward a year and the same area had storm damage again. The shingles came off and our roof was exposed. We had some extra shingles from the last repair and called Archway. Eric came out the next day, said they could handle the repair and also noticed that our flue pipe needed to be resealed. He scheduled the repair a couple days later and is taking care of us.Hats off to Eric for standing by the work he and his team provide and for building repeat business. Fast forward a year and I contacted Home Sweet Home after another company took our deposit and vanished. Joe came out and gave a fair estimate for the work and the project was started probably less than a month after signing the contract. I could not be happier with the end result which was a complete remodel ( floor, shower, vanity, drywall, ceiling and accessories ). Chris who did the work was fantastic he was there from start to finish, never complained, did the daily walkthroughs with me, explained everything step by step and took pride in his work. Will def use them again for any future work.“

“2025 was a banner year for my home in Damascus, Maryland.
The exterior was completely updated through the help of FEATHERFALL Restoration.
We had a crazy hailstorm in my area mid-May, a couple weeks later Casey Hale knocked on my door.
He explained that my aluminum siding showed signs of damage from the hail and asked if I’d like to look with him.
It turned out that there was a lot of damage that I was unaware of, not just on the siding but on my relatively new roof as well.
Once I gave the ‘go ahead’, he, Kayla Cain and their team took ownership of the project and put together a comprehensive report with photo documentation and worked directly with my insurance company.
Casey and Kayla answered every question I had in detail, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even came out to personally inspect the work after it was completed.
