“I called the company for siding issue that high winds blew off the siding on the chimney chase on the walk out side of our 2 story home we were made a priority and was taken care of right away siding was ordered and house wrap was secured over the bare wood to be water tight while we wait for our siding to come in. “We love our new roof!!! Our whole experience with Allen roofing was professional quick and easy. Our sales rep / estimator, Jon Morrow, communicated with us through the whole process, start to finish. We told him we were looking for a quality, wind and impact resistant architectural shingle in a medium to dark grey that would complement our blue shutters. He immediately said CertainTeed’s Landmark Pro Max Def Pewter!!! He said it is a class 3 impact resistance rating that HO insurance company’s love. He was right, they love it! They reduced our premium substantially!!! Jon also said that the Pewter has a blue specks in it to tie in with the blue shutters. When I saw the sample, I was so impressed that it was exactly what I wanted in every way!!! But I had to look at all the samples online and in Allen Roofing’s display room to be sure. And guess what, he was right on the money. By process of elimination, I came to same the conclusion. CertainTeed’s Pewter was perfect!!! Jon was so helpful that he even texted me the address of a neighbor that had same roof. Everyone at Allen Roofing was so nice and friendly including other sales reps, the secretary, the roofing crew.
