“We had a great experience with Blue Haven and absolutely love how our pool turned out!<br><br>Mendy was our designer and did an awesome job helping us through the design process and putting everything together. We ended up with a 16x32 gunite pool with a pebble finish, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.<br><br>One thing we really appreciated was that Blue Haven handled the entire project and kept everything moving. Like any major construction project, we ran into a few unexpected issues along the way, including discovering a problem with an existing retaining wall, but they worked with us through it and kept the project moving once it was resolved.<br><br>Their technical project managers were also extremely helpful. I did all of the landscaping myself, and they were great about bouncing ideas around with me. After talking with one of their tech PMs, we decided to move the pool equipment outside the fence to give us more usable space around the pool, which turned out to be a great decision. He even helped spark the idea for the tiki bar!<br><br>The ozone filtration system has also been incredibly easy to maintain, and the included robot vacuum makes keeping the pool clean even easier.<br><br>Overall, we're extremely happy with the pool, the design, and the experience. If you're considering a pool, I'd definitely recommend talking with Mendy and the Blue Haven team. We would absolutely use them again.”

“After having several contractors work on my home over the years, I can honestly say that Tailored Exteriors provided the best experience I have had.<br><br>They replaced my siding, fascia, shutters, lights, gutters, downspouts, and also corrected several roofing and flashing issues left by a previous contractor. The quality of the finished work is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows.<br><br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the entire project, so I always knew what was happening. The foreman, Jack, was on-site every day, working alongside his crew rather than simply supervising from a distance. That gave me a great deal of confidence in the work being done.<br><br>One thing I especially appreciated was the number of cosmetic suggestions they made to improve the overall appearance of my home. They were not just focused on completing the job—they genuinely wanted my home to look its best, and those recommendations made a noticeable difference.<br><br>I did have a few questions during the project, and every concern was handled with professionalism and respect. In fact, by the next day, the items I had questioned had already been addressed.<br><br>What impressed me most was that they did not just complete the work they were hired to do—they also took the time to correct mistakes made by my previous contractor. That level of pride and integrity is hard to find.<br><br>They also checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with the progress, and the cleanup each day was good.<br><br>I would highly recommend Tailored Exteriors to anyone needing exterior work done. Thirteen years later the driveway still looks great.After that, we undertook a huge undertaking to transform out backyard to build a pool. We need to do significant excavating and wall building to make this happen. Burke used really big boulders for the top wall to give the yard a ton of character and then used Versalok blocks for the lower wall on the backside of the pool. The stamped concrete around the pool and upper patio gave the yard the finishing touch and the yard now looks like a resort.”

The bathroom was gutted and a curbless shower installed, toilet relocated, new sink vanity installed, and new tile flooring installed. Throughout the entire process, Jon was easy to work with and very responsive. John, who did all of the work installing the shower, flooring, vanity, etc., was great to work with and truly cared about the quality of his work. “Can't recommend Heartland enough. Worth the wait. Signed the contract in July 2023 and we knew the estimated wait was 12 months. They started work July 2024 and completed in exactly 4 months. Estimate was 4-6 months. The project was a 16 x 24 home addition and 14 x 16 covered deck.<br><br>We built our home with another custom builder. (Before we discovered Heartland) It was a completely different and better experience with Heartland. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole journey with Heartland: updates, small issues, change orders, project billing, etc.<br><br>All Heartland workers are very friendly and courteous. My neighbors stopped by frequently to say how nice the workers were and how fast they were making progress.<br><br>We selected Heartland after interviewing three builders. We knew we needed more living space, but was not sure how to accomplish it. Heartland/Adam was the only builder able to draw out options to achieve it at no cost. We were most impressed by Adam and Heartland's reputation. All three builders costs were in the same ballpark, and more importantly, Heartland completed the project on the mutually agreed budget and delivered a project we are very happy with.<br><br>Side notes: always go with the products that Adam recommends. I was on the fence about our deck railings and windows, but the quality is vastly noticeable. Well worth it.<br>They did a great job of only damaging the lawn/sprinklers where required for construction. They did a great job fully repairing it at project completion.<br>Area of improvement: I was not impressed by HVAC subcontractor. Heartland stayed on top of them though and no issues with final product.”
