“My very first time getting lashes was a month ago and it wasn’t the best experience and I didn’t know what to expect after getting them done and afterwards for the first 3-4 days my eyes were very red and irritated and painful. But the customer service is 10/10 and they had great communication afterwards and I just went in today and had a new hybrid lash set done and I got the purple light and the lash specialist was definitely more experienced than the first one and the Lash Lounge definately made sure I was satisfied with the service and the lashes and took great care of me. Like I said, I just got it done today with the purple light this time since my eyes reacted poorly last time so I will follow up after a couple days and comment on the review.“

“It was a good experience other than 2 things. One, they asked me multiple times for what color i wanted for my pedicure and when they came back they used shade 107 i asked for 108. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but they didnt realize until they were already done. Two, i got a full set of short acrylics, they had a french tip design and on my ring finger it had a small swooped heart. She was unable to do the basic heart. I had to switch my design and i showed her a picture on my phone, it was just a regular tiny heart and she made it way to big a not even close to centered. Overall it was an ok experience.“

I also have gotten my lashes done by Natalie and I had 60% extensions after 5 weeks of being bad to my lashes! Although I did a lash bath everyday and holy cow the fact they still amazing!!!
