“This nail bar is setup beautifully. The front desk staff was able to answer all my questions for renting out the room for pre wedding pedis. My nail technician for my pedicure was very nice, great massage and made the experience pleasant. The only issue I had was with the group of people I came with; my mother got a basic pedi but the man who did her pedi seemed to do everything so fast and half done that her experience was crappy. She was sitting with no water in her tub for at least 10 mins until I mentioned it to my nail tech. When they turned it on they obviously didn’t have her stuff to add to her foot bath, however, when the male nail tech came to do her toes he never added any salt stuff to her bath, the hot towel was draped on her one leg for 10 seconds before wiping her mask off and the second leg he used the same towel to wipe off and not lay on top for a few minutes. It seems like he didn’t care to do her pedi because it was just basic. I don’t want any of my bridal party treated this way so unsure if we will be back to book for mine or my little sisters wedding nails.“
“I had an excellent first experience. When I arrived to make an appointment, Rita and Sheena were very friendly and welcoming. They listened to what I was thinking of doing for my cut and color and offered helpful suggestions. I made my first appointment with Lauren. I showed her some pictures of what I had in mind. Lauren knew exactly what to do. She explained the cut and showed me an example of the color. It had been nearly three years since my last cut and color, and after my consultation with Lauren, I knew I was at the right place. Lauren nailed it! I was very happy with the results, and my husband loves it too! I highly recommend Studio 1!“
