Unfortunately, the management at The Lash Lounge Chesterfield does not appear to value or respect its customers.
Today, I spent approximately 30 minutes trying to pay for my lash fill appointment. I attempted multiple forms of payment, all of which were reportedly declined by the front desk associate. After consulting with a manager, it was eventually discovered that the issue was with the salon’s payment system, not my payment methods.
Once the problem was resolved, I was finally able to complete the transaction and leave. However, at no point was an apology offered for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the situation.

Abbie was incredibly professional, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the entire experience. She took her time and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable from start to finish. I absolutely loved the results, and her recommendations were excellent. I’ve already had several people ask me where I got my lashes done!
I love the Lash Lounge! Every single woman that works there is so sweet! I see Kylie for my lashes and I’m obsessed every single time! She is so detail oriented and always makes sure I look and feel my best! I recommend this location to everyone who asks!
