My very first time getting lashes was a month ago and it wasn’t the best experience and I didn’t know what to expect after getting them done and afterwards for the first 3-4 days my eyes were very red and irritated and painful. But the customer service is 10/10 and they had great communication afterwards and I just went in today and had a new hybrid lash set done and I got the purple light and the lash specialist was definitely more experienced than the first one and the Lash Lounge definately made sure I was satisfied with the service and the lashes and took great care of me.
