We contracted with Quality Building & Renovations to construct a special use listening room in the basement with very specific and precise requirements. Bruce and his guys and subs did a fabulous job, followed every detail we said we needed, including any extras that we decided we wanted during the project, and did superlative work -- with great attention to every requested detail. We hired Bruce and his team to rework our bathroom and kitchen and are extremely happy with the results. The quality of work and materials is excellent and the entire process was very detailed oriented. The changes were not rushed, but very meticulous and thoughtful.Bruce always confirmed on grey areas and had a constant line of communication open. Because we had both kitchen and bath being done, Bruce and team had access to the house for multiple weeks and they treated the house extremely well, kept dust to minimum and very respectful. Very happy with Bruce! He was very prompt with getting out to get us a proposal to have some can lights installed in our kitchen & made sure the follow through to finish the product was pretty much seamless for us. Will definitely call him again if we need these types of services.
