Within the first visit to see Dr. Holland, I learned that my low back was not the issue at all— it's my neck! Dr. Holland took x-rays, set me up with a back massage table and tens unit, adjusted my spine/neck, and sent me home with very specific exercises to correct my issues and poor daily habits.

“I started going to Retna through a Groupon. I only treated myself to massages maybe once every few months or so. However, working at a desk everyday started taking a toll on my neck and shoulders. So I started scheduling sessions with Retna monthly. When I leave her studio, it is like I have a whole new body. I feel rejuvenated and the soreness and stiffness is gone. Seems to good to be true but it is. I like how her massage methods are a bit different than other studios/spas. She also always asks if I want to try something new or concentrates on specific areas where I am having the most issues. I really look forward to and enjoy her sessions and would recommend her to anyone that would ask for a place for massages.“
