Shona has been my massage therapist for many years. When you find someone with her knowledge and experience you don't make a change. She listens to your needs and asks questions and works muscles, tendons until the problem areas relax. I appreciate this therapist at the Chesterfield location.

As an athlete, it is often difficult to find someone who knows and understands how to achieve muscle release in the body.Tom has been my personal favorite massage therapist for the past several years. I don’t miss my monthly session! He is incredible! Thank you!
