I've been going to Massage Envy in Des Peres for years, even though I live up by the airport.The reason I do this is because they have a therapist named Alyse who is the best massage therapist I've ever had.She does deep tissue massages and they do so much to relieve not only the physical stress of my body, but also the mental stress and anxiety in my mind.I had a massage on Sunday and it was the first one I'd had in months. I feel like a completely different person! I forgot how much better a good massage will make me feel, both physically and mentally. Alma was tremendous, AGAIN!!! I went in with a specific complaint about both my left hip and shoulder. I was almost limping by that time of day. With her miracle hands she addressed both issues. I walked out of there a new man!
Alise is my favorite therapist. I have seen her for a few years now, as has my mom. We love her! She makes you feel completely comfortable and I always leave feeling better. She has helped me whether it’s just relaxation for an hour or a specific ache/pain. 10/10 recommend her!
