My husband and I had a 90-minute couples massage today, and it was fantastic! Our massage therapists were both incredibly skilled. They were strong, knew exactly where the problem areas were, and worked out knots that I've had for months. By the end of my massage, I had noticeably more range of motion in my neck and shoulders, and I could lift my arms overhead comfortably for the first time in a long time. My therapist even took the time to show me a muscle in my neck that I should massage at home to help keep it from tightening back up.
