“We have a new unit that we bought in 2023. Over the weekend it lost a part and wouldn't heat. I call them on Sunday and after a quick look online, he says he's coming out. The technician arrived 15 minutes before kickoff of Chiefs / Ravens AFC Championship.. With it all on the line, he comes out for a broken part.. What service! To me it feels like they showed up on not only a holiday weekend, but in the middle of the town fireworks display. He managed to get it sorted in the first quarter including parts paperwork and all. A big KC shout and Thanks to ECS!“
