“These guys went above and beyond in fixing my AC unit! I could not have asked for better service, and the pricing was excellent.

I called after 3pm on Wednesday, they graciously worked me in, and then met the AC unit from hell. This thing is just all kinds of weird, and the company that installed it 5 years ago no longer exists, so lets just say there's probably a reason for that...

After spending hours troubleshooting, thinking it was good, then turning it back on, it would behave for anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours before going back to making noise and not working. The owner even came back at 7pm that night because it started acting up again after we thought it was good. We scheduled a follow up for the next morning because it was getting so late.

The next morning, the owner came back out, did some more troubleshooting, once again found a few things that needed fixed, fixed them, but this time waited for almost an hour afterwards before leaving because it *seemed* to be working again. Within 30 minutes of him leaving, I was calling back... I felt so bad because he was legitimately fixing things that needed fixed--some normal, some odd--and I was watching him do it, so I KNOW he was finding things that did need fixed. This time it behaved for about 4 hours before I had to call back. We scheduled for the following morning.

Friday morning was the most detailed troubleshooting of a system I've ever seen (I'm in tech, so there's a lot of similar crossover), and they basically replaced or refurbished most of the wiring in my system by the time it was all said and done.

It is now late Sunday morning, and the AC has been purring like a kitten ever since. I am amused to now have a full working knowledge of how an AC/HVAC unit is wired, and relieved that I haven't had to call them back. I'm pretty sure they'd love to never hear from me again! 😂
