I will forever use Ark. We woke up on the coldest day of the year with no heat. The lady I talked with on the phone was so kind and kept in communication with me letting me know when a tech would be here. Tyler was here within 2-3 hours and was so friendly and professional. Fantastic customer service!
Our go to company for heating and cooling needs/repair. Great customer service and always get us worked in. They will work with you on payment and even offered temporary AC when ours went out during a heat wave and they had to wait on a part. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was looking for a local business and not a huge commercial business to get the customer service aspect most companies have moved away from. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and defeintly know what's good service. I defeintly recieved it all from this small business. The estimate process, install and final touch ups of the project were so easily streamlined and efficient.
