I was looking for a local business and not a huge commercial business to get the customer service aspect most companies have moved away from. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and defeintly know what's good service. I defeintly recieved it all from this small business. The estimate process, install and final touch ups of the project were so easily streamlined and efficient. I would recommend them over and over again. wow !! what a great warranty they carry on their products as well. Thanks for taking care of my home with a whole new AC/Hvac system. The BEST part of the whole process was when they were able to give us loner Window units, until they were able to schedule us in. VERY UNHEARD OF, in this sealed the deal for us to go with them.
I cannot say enough good things about Ark Heating & Cooling. They replaced the AC unit for our condo and arranged the crane to do so without a hiccup. Competitive pricing, top level customer service from Samantha in their office, and professional and kind technicians. I was consistently impressed by how quickly Samantha got back to me on even the smallest question. They left my home clean behind their work and cool at 68 degrees. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing AC work done on their property. I could completely trust them throughout the entire process. They really know what they are doing!
