Our fan on our outside AC unit started to go out in the middle of August. Called Pence who was able to send someone out the same day. After a careful inspection the tech, Anthony, gave me a couple of options to replace a couple of parts, which may have fixed it, but some parts could not be sure of until the other parts were replaced or by a new AC unit.
We decided to go with a replacement. Pence was able to get use in the following day. Caleb and Tanner worked in the heat and got us up and going. They cleaned up the area and were great! We would definitely refer Pence, Anthony, Tanner, and Caleb. Also, Pence helped us finance the unexpected cost!
