Recently my wife and I needed to purchase a new Trane heat pump. Pence representatives Anthony, Chris and Brent all helped make the entire experience much better than it otherwise might have been. These guys were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They constantly kept me appraised of their progress, and they were very cognizant of the need to clean up all of the trash. Pence Heating and Cooling did a great job installing our heat pump! The employees were very friendly and great at explaining and answering any questions or concerns that we had.
