I inherited my Grandad's guitar a little over a year and a half ago. It wasn't in terrible shape, but one could tell it was far from new. While I haven't seen the finished results yet, as he is still working on the restoration, the knowledge and detail that he was able to share about that old Kay guitar was worth alot to me. My Grandad bought it new and has been the only owner until it became mine. I was pleasantly surprised with the man I dealt with as he was a straight shooter with everything and seemed very passionate about not only his instruments, but those of his customers as well. I'm genuinely curious to see what the finished product is like and how well it plays after he is finished! Thank you!

And to the one woman who worked with me over the phone even though she was sick at home - your kindness that day was a good turning point in the right direction to get myself out of an abusive relationship and you don't even know it. Nine times out of ten, Cramer are the best around. Maybe I'm prejudice only because I've taken my fur babies there for 24 yrs. Doc Cramer did many things, went out of his way for us/our fur babies. I have to say tho, I do miss you too the old bunch that were there. All in all they are very good. I'm showing 2 out of the 5 babies that Doc Cramer serviced.
The vet and staff are amazing with my crazy 5 dogs especially my youngest! Very informative about anything concerning or questions I may have! I love the attention he gives each pet by getting on the ground with them and talking to them. My dogs are willingly walking into this office not scared makes me feel so comfortable with the environment!
I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else as far as dogs and cats he's known to be the man
