Joy is awesome! I have been growing my hair out for a few years and was really hesitant on getting it cut. I knew it needed to be done though for the sake of my hair! I told Joy what I wanted and she didn't just start cutting. She made sure every step of the way that I was going to be happy with it. She took the time to ask me, "is this is too short" or "is this going to be too drastic". I really appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and respect she showed me. I have never had a stylist care as much as Joy. Thank you Joy! You are awesome!
