What should have been a straightforward home sale turned into an unfortunate legal situation due to circumstances caused by another party, ultimately preventing the sale from going through. Despite losing the transaction, Devin went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He supported us through court hearings, generously sharing his time, knowledge, and firsthand understanding of what had happened, without receiving any compensation.
