Honestly really great place to find community, workout and relief stress. I initially joined to get back into shape which I did. I was feeling down about my weight when I first joined and out of breath but overtime with a switch in my diet and being consistent I am down 40lbs. Jim is great. He don't play about his morning workouts but they are so worth it. I like that he really pushes you and corrects ur form. I really enjoy Oscars evening class at 7pm. Karen is great as well, she helps break done the moves for me. Denis is really sweet personality. Trenton taught me how to do some kick properly. Everyone is really helpful and nice.
10/10 recommend. I attended the group session last Sunday and I really felt apart of it. Denis actively engaged with me 1 on 1 multiple times and the rest of the participants were very encouraging when I started to overthink it. I’m a beginner looking to stay fit and active. While unlock self-defense skills!
I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Pricing is affordable, Staff and management are very attentive & accommodating, and they listen to gather a better understanding of needs of their potential client. I couldn’t have made a better decision.
