I have read all the reviews here. I am sorry for the bad experiences, and I am sure they are deserved. However, I had quite the opposite experience. I ordered my carpet through Home Depot like the other people who left a review. I received an email several days before the installation. It said they would contact me by text by 3-5 pm. I got a text at 1pm saying they would be here between 8 am and 10 am. The next morning, they showed up around nine. I had a stair and hallway to carpet. I was installing screws to stop squeaking, and they did another section while I finished. They completed carpeting both areas in 2 1/2 hours. There was a lot wrong with Superior Installation. First of all the installers werent the most professional, which was something I can totally look past in general, but it was only the tip of the iceberg. They did a very mediocre job installing the carpet. They left a ton of carpet fibers everywhere and after about a month of very light traffic I can already see the carpet pulling up around the walls. To make matters worse I informed them that one of the doors no longer closes post installation because they moved wherre the threshold was and they informed me I should CUT MY DOOR DOWN, and refused to fix it. We ordered Lifeproof flooring through Home Depot and Home Depot contracted the work to Superior Installations. It took quite some time for the flooring to come in, which Home Depot made us aware it would be that way so we were prepared. Once the flooring came in, we were contacted by Superior Installations to get on the schedule.We agreed on a day and time that would work, and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to get us in.
