Moved into my new place and started to work on some things. Superior was recommend from a buddy of mine to do the floors. Gave them a call, from talking to the person who set up my appointment, to the installers/install date, and end result, I couldn't be more happy with using them and recommend them to all my friends and family! Very easy to work with, talk with, and I can appreciate when they set a time/date, they were in and out and did an AMAZING job!
We were extremely pleased with both vinyl and the carpet installation done by Superior thru Home Depot. We had approximately 1000 sq foot with baseboard installation. The crews were very informative and professional.
I have read all the reviews here. I am sorry for the bad experiences, and I am sure they are deserved. However, I had quite the opposite experience. I ordered my carpet through Home Depot like the other people who left a review. I received an email several days before the installation. It said they would contact me by text by 3-5 pm. I got a text at 1pm saying they would be here between 8 am and 10 am. The next morning, they showed up around nine. I had a stair and hallway to carpet. I was installing screws to stop squeaking, and they did another section while I finished. They completed carpeting both areas in 2 1/2 hours. They were polite and respectful and even asked if they could use the bathroom before using it. They cleaned up after themselves and asked if there was anything else they could do. Later that afternoon, I got another call to make sure I was satisfied with their work. He gave me his name and number and said if I ever had a problem with the carpet install that showed up later, to give him a call. I did not have the problems others had with Superior, and as a matter of fact, I would recommend them!
