I've shopped here many times and you definitely have to have patience, but certain staff members have terrible customer service skills and they are very rude about putting you out by about 5:30 when the don't close until 6:00. I understand it's a resale shop, but much like many other businesses they don't respect their customers . Again it's not everyone,but leadership starts from the head.
Not trying to be rude but St. Vincent DePaul has better quality items at a much more reasonable price than Goodwill. Sorry Goodwill I used to be an avid customer until I moved to north county,
Just bought new mattress and box spring for a good price. Mattress is memory foam which is perfect for me since I have back aches. Can't wait to get a good night's rest. ?
