I had a great experience @ Salon St. Louis. My appointment was with Jo, she was excellent, helped me to help with reshaping my hair, it needed it badly. Also matched my color perfectly, very nice young lady with great personality. The Salon itself is beautifully appointed, staff is very welcoming! Going for my follow up appointment soon and looking forward to seeing Jo again.
Best experience at a salon in many, many years! The ‘get matched with a stylist’ option worked out SO WELL. Erin is amazing, personable & an outstanding stylist. Could not be happier with how my hair turned out!
I don’t get my hair cut very often, have been going here for years though when I do need a cut because it’s close to home and typically a good experience. This time though, I thought I was pretty clear about what I wanted and it was not carried out (stylist was perfectly pleasant, just not a good end result of the cut). I’m very non-confrontational and didn’t want to say anything in the moment, but also didn’t realize how unhappy I was with it until I got home.
