I went in for a simple haircut but ended up asking for highlights at the last minute. Instead of rushing me into a decision, the stylist showed a few shade options that would suit my skin tone better. The whole process took nearly four hours, yet nobody made me feel like a burden. My hair still looks shiny weeks later and the color blended really naturally.

We scheduled a blow out with Ms. Kim and she was very kind, accommodating, and attentive. Her shop on Grand was nearby to many local spots, including a café where we hung out while she opened shop. We'll be going to her from now on!
