Neal at mid valley was very good at communicating with me from square one when I called to get a quote on heaters for my shop, he quoted my unit within 24 hours and talked about how high quality they were and how they’re more expensive but I’m paying for quality products from a company that will stand behind them, as well as his sales pitch of them being made in USA so repair parts are in stock and I can fix my heaters quickly if they go down.
