The consultant, Mark, showed me options, after seeing the problems with the flooring that i had, which was not installed correctly . He figured out what discounts could be applied & I made my choice. The installation team came the next week. Marco's and his crew did a great job, arrived on time & cleaned up every day as they worked. My new floors are beautiful & I highly recommend Empire.
Very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Made sure we understood all aspects of the process and made sure we were adequately satisfied with our purchase and installation plan.
Jonathan Bock help me pick out exactly what I was looking for my kitchen floor. He was not pushy and he made sure I stayed in my budget. Thank you Jonathan. I will be calling you when I'm ready to do my 2 upstairs rooms.
