I don’t know what’s going on at this cleaners. For years, they were good. In the last several months, they’ve gone downhill. Clothes come back with discoloration or broken zippers. Sometimes they seem like they haven’t been cleaned at all. Clothes are almost never done on time. We won’t be back.
Really nice folks, however their quality is awful.
Every time I drop off suit pants with them they completely mess up the pleat. This is consistent with every single suit I’ve ever brought them. Attention to detail is poor.
