An excellent company that offers extensive services. It was my first time sending something tho be dry-cleaned and they were extremely helpful and informative about the process. They were also were timely about the cleaning and were able to remove some troublesome spots. I did later find some damaged buttons but that may have also had been down to the quality of the garment and they should be easy to fix. Definitely check them out if not for the quality and variety of services but for their knowledgeable and confident staff.

Pleats is so many levels above other cleaners. They do are wash and fold, dry cleaning, and laundry. They pick it up and drop it off. Send text reminders. And the driver will take the clothes to the covered porch in the back during inclement weather. They are a company that makes my life easier!

First time I’ve used this cleaners. They are fantastic. They were very accommodating as I needed my item on very short notice. Love the app and the tracker and all the communication. Very professional prices very reasonable and they even gave me a 20% discount without me even asking.
