She helped immediately and offered a professional and comforting solution to the situation. Clarkson Eyecare offers comprehensive family eye care, including eye exams, contact lens fittings, and treatments for various eye conditions. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant visit. Doctor Mathews is noted for being super nice and professional. I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure it is visiting Clarkson Eyecare in Rock Hill. Dr. Leah Mathews and her staff are thorough, kind, and a pleasure to visit once a year. I always walk out knowing that my eye-health is in good hands, and I can't see ever going anywhere else!
The woman at the counter are polite, but very strict about some Gestapo 10 min late policy that they never told me about previously. The excellent, attractive, and competent eye doctor, squeezed me in after I had to be persistent with front desk. The doctor is excellent.
Dr Matthews, Emerson and additional customer service reps were incredibly professional, kind and patient. Going to the eye doctor is always stressful for me and having a concerning eye condition can make it that much more stressful but they all put my anxiety at ease and treated me with respect and patience. Dr. Matthews is very thorough and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. I am very pleased with the Rock Hill location and entire staff. I will recommend them to anyone with vision needs!
